1. We start with a virtual meeting following an audit of both your email marketing and other marketing channels, so that we can understand your business in its entirety. This allows us to find opportunities, understand your brand and cater our package to your needs.
2. If your account needs creating, or improving rapidly, then we start with a project. This allows us to put more hours into your business in a shorter amount of time; ensuring value for money on the platform and fast returns. We'll get templates and all the most vital automations built.
3. Our retainers are charged at a flat £75 an hour rate and are entirely flexible. We can empower you with training, technical assistance and data analysis, or become an 'in-house' team and lead your email marketing.
4. The benefit of a full service agency is that we are agile, and any Verve retainer hours can be repurposed to other services if this is desirable.
