Where it started
Jane Kasper built a seven-figure boutique from the ground up — and never stopped loving every inch of it. In 2018, she turned her energy inward, running over 100 A/B tests on her own email automations to find out exactly what moved the needle. The result was a robust flow system that consistently delivered 90× ROI. Jane founded Glow Group in 2019 to share what she'd built, starting with a small circle of referral clients and a hands-on approach she's never let go of.

Industry-wide launch
- Glow Group opens to the wider boutique industry and becomes the go-to email and text marketing expert within the Boutique Hub community.

Campaign Management Program
- In response to consistent client demand, Glow Group launches done-for-you campaign management — handling all email and text sends on behalf of their clients.
2023
A family affair — in every sense
- Jane invites her twin sister Kate Horstmann to join Glow Group. Kate steps away from a leadership role at a private agriculture firm to bring her operational expertise to the team. That same year, the two sisters also co-founded a boutique together — putting their own strategies to work firsthand and deepening their connection to the clients they serve.
Glow Group continues to evolve alongside the boutique industry — always improving, always adapting. Today, the team has built customized email flows for over 4,000 boutiques, and that work has earned a place at the top: Klaviyo Master Platinum partner status and the #1 boutique marketing title for five consecutive years.
